OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING

Gaining and increasing the level of knowledge and skills in the areas specified and expected by client and improving knowledge and skills of participants in the field:

  •  intrapersonal skills and competences (self-assessment and self-development)
  •  interpersonal competences (communication, effective cooperation with various groups: employees, subordinates, clients, environment)
  •  sales
  •  effective, coaching self and team management
  •  dealing with stress and difficult situations

TRAINING RULES

40 hours: 8 training sessions x 5 hours each

  • How to present yourself effectively: the power and importance of the first impression
  • Tactics and techniques of self-presentation and building authority
  • How to construct an effective speech: how to speak in public (structure, tools of persuasion), what makes people listen to us?
  • Self – esteem
  • Dress code and savoir vivre in public situations: how to use them in business relations
